Shipping and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Adelight Candle. Each candle is lovingly handcrafted in small batches to ensure you receive a beautiful and high-quality sweet treat for your senses.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Because our candles are handmade, we take special care in preparing, packaging, and inspecting each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Shipping Schedule
To help prevent package loss and avoid weekend transit delays, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday only.
Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Wrong or Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we truly want you to receive your order as quickly as possible.
If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you. You will then have two options:

Pay an invoice for the full cost of re-shipping the order

Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost we paid to send the package
If your order was delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we must wait to see if the carrier returns the package to us. If it is successfully returned, we can either:

Reship the package (additional shipping fees apply), or
-
Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund packages that were delivered to the address provided at checkout but are not returned to us.
