🕑Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Because our candles are handmade, we take special care in preparing, packaging, and inspecting each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

🗓️Shipping Schedule

To help prevent package loss and avoid weekend transit delays, we ship orders Monday through Friday only.

Orders placed later in the weekend may ship the following Monday.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. This is the buyer’s responsibility to avoid delays or delivery issues.

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we truly want your order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us right away before your order has been shipped so we can assist with corrections.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout and not returned to us.
