Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Because our candles are handmade, we take special care in preparing, packaging, and inspecting each order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Shipping Schedule

To help prevent package loss and avoid weekend transit delays, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday only.

Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Wrong or Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we truly want you to receive your order as quickly as possible.

If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you. You will then have two options:

• Pay an invoice for the full cost of re-shipping the order

• Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost we paid to send the package

If your order was delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we must wait to see if the carrier returns the package to us. If it is successfully returned, we can either:

• Reship the package (additional shipping fees apply), or

• Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund packages that were delivered to the address provided at checkout but are not returned to us.

Although this candle looks like a real dessert, it is not made to eat.

What are Adelight candles made of?

Each candle is handcrafted using a blend of high-quality soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and non-toxic ingredients. We carefully design each piece to look and smell like a decadent dessert.

Are your candles safe to burn?

Yes — but please note that these are decorative candles first. Because of their dessert-inspired designs (with whipped tops, embeds, and details), they may burn unevenly or create a mess if not properly contained.
If you choose to burn them:

Place the candle in a heat-proof dish

Never leave it unattended

Keep away from children, pets, and anything flammable

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 72 hours with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right!

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders are shipped Monday to Wednesday to help prevent shipping delays or damage over the weekend.

How long does processing and shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and carrier service. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes! Our candles make the sweetest gifts. If you're sending a gift, feel free to leave a note at checkout. Want it extra special? Let us know — we love surprises.

Can I preorder a candle?

Absolutely! We open limited preorders during soft launches. Preordered items will ship on the date specified on the product page. Be sure to sign up for our email list to be the first to know!

Is it okay if my candle looks slightly different from the photo?

Yes — and that’s the beauty of handmade! Each candle is made with care, and small variations in color, toppings, or design are completely normal. You're getting a one-of-a-kind piece every time.
